- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 3x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea twice per month
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher. The fees calculated on the rate calculator is an estimate. The customs fee can be higher or less.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- Do you offer insurance?
- No, we do not offer insurance.
- How are package weight pounds calculated and charged?
- Package weight is calculated using the actual weight measured in pounds on a certified scale at the warehouse. For billing purposes, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound if the package is not an exact whole pound. This means any partial pound is charged as a full pound. This rounding method follows standard shipping and airline practices and helps cover handling, transportation, and space used during transit.
